Macritchie Training
Time : 230 - 600
Schedule : 4.3 km Road. 6 sets of slope training. 5 sets of jumping excercise.
Timing : 22.01
4.3km Road : The run was pleasant. The slope out to the road wasn't that steep, but it was too rocky and uneven, thus i had a pretty hard time running up! I like to run at the highway, cause the road is very constant and do not have much slopes. Maintained a steady pace at the highway, but speed up towards the end. I Should try catching up for the next run, and produce a better timing.
Slope Training : Initially, i thought it would't be that tough. But when i started running up the slope, i realise this slope training is very tiring. The most difficult part was after the steps, where there is another slope. Should try to speed up when running the slope, i was too slow.
Jumping Excercises : I thought it was pretty fun! i jumped the furthest at the 2nd set. After, i remained constant. We were given a 2nd chance to jump after focusing on our aim, supposedly to jump further, but i jumped the same distance.
Training was fun and nice ! More of these kind of trainings pleaseeee ! i prefer running long runs ! (:
