East Coast Park Training
Schedule : 1.5 km run, and run back 1.5 km. After, 800m up, and 800m down.
Reflections : Today 's run was okay. i could not catch up for the 1.5km run at the beginning, but slowly i managed to catch up. 800m run up and down was good because i kept up with the rest, and sprinted the last part.
