School Training
Schedule: Run to bishan , run back by St Andrew Village.
Reflections: I did not feel good running this route. During the run, my legs were very tired and my calf area hurts. Also, i did not feel very tired when i came back. Bad run, have to improve.

7th March Wednesday
Turf City Training
Schedule : 1 round for warm- up.
2nd round : Time Trial ( 17.33)
Reflections: it was good running turf city again. i like the terrian there. the slope there is long & dready, but not so steep. i maintained my pace throughout but started increasing pace when reaching the 3 stones. the last stretch of road is very long & tiring. timing was bad, compared to last year's. but last year, we ran the wrong route so i don't know how to guage. still, i feel this timing is worse than last year's timing. so , i must buck up.
Aim for the next time trial: 16.30

Bishan Training
Schedule : 5 times of 800m. ( 4 mins rest )
Pace : 3.15- 3.30
Reflections : Today's training was tough. but, i know i pushed. 1st & 2nd set were fine , but my 3rd set was the worst. it was very bad, my pace was broken. when i came back, i told myself to buck up. and i managed a beter timing for the 4th set. last set was fine, but i felt i could've pushed harder.
Bishan Training
Schedule : 5 times of 800m. ( 4 mins rest )
Pace : 3.15- 3.30
Reflections : Today's training was tough. but, i know i pushed. 1st & 2nd set were fine , but my 3rd set was the worst. it was very bad, my pace was broken. when i came back, i told myself to buck up. and i managed a beter timing for the 4th set. last set was fine, but i felt i could've pushed harder.

Turf City Training
Reflections: i was super super super excited to run at turf city! i wanted to run there so badly. but, in the end, we only ran 100m?! i was super super super sad cause i missss turf city a lot! i love turf city, she triumphs over Macritchie. (: Moreever, that was our last trng before OAC, and we did not manage to train. We felt quite uncomplished & wasted. ):

Macritchie : Tan Soo liat Memorial run.
Road Relay ( 3.3km run)
Reflections: I was the 4th runner. I thought being the 4th runnner was pretty okay cause it'll give me the urge to push. But, the run was bad.
During the run, i was trying to pace myself well cause there wasn't anyone infront/ behind me. however, i felt that i did not push 100%. in the forest, my pace wasn't that fast. up the highway, i told myself to run run faster. at the last slope turining in , i accelerated but was careful as i was scared i would fall. initially,i thought i paced myself pretty well, but when i heard of my timings, it was really upseting. it was not my ideal timing,nor my p.b.
i really have to buck up now.
