Schedule : 5 times of 800m. ( 4 mins rest )
Pace : 3.15- 3.30
Reflections : Today's training was tough. but, i know i pushed. 1st & 2nd set were fine , but my 3rd set was the worst. it was very bad, my pace was broken. when i came back, i told myself to buck up. and i managed a beter timing for the 4th set. last set was fine, but i felt i could've pushed harder.
