Hello hello hello ! what's up everyone? HAHAHA
oh yeah, miss me people !!! i'm going off and you'll not see me on wed! Don't be sad okay, because my heart and soul is always with the x-cty team! (:
So reflections now, here goes :

SCHOOL TRAINING

Time : 830 - 1000
Schedule : Fartlek ( 40secs, 60, 1min 20 secs, 1 min 40secs, 1 min 20 secs, 60 , 40 secs)
Lunges ( 2 sets of 40 steps )
Sit-ups ( 2 sets of 20 times )
Step-up ( 2 sets of 20 times, each leg )
Backraisers ( 2 sets of 20 times )

Reflections :

Fartlek : Somehow, i don't feel good running it. I felt i can't push, and when i sprint, it doesn't feel like i'm sprinting, it feels more like jogging. Is it because we can't do fartlek on slope ? But the schedule is very interesting ! I like ! I hope we can do this kind of schedules in future. The run back wasn't good either, i felt lousy. Never mind, the next training will be a better one ! (:

Excercises : Doing Lunges and step- up was tiring! but, we did it in a group so it was very fun! motivating and fun!!! Yeah, we have such good team spirit! Go x-cty team 06' !

Overall : Training is fun, especially doing the excercises! Though it's tiring, but we persevered through!!! (:
