Schedule : 4.8km Time Trial ( 24.34 )
Reflections : I did a very bad run today. Timings deproved by 2 mins. It was a very unsatisfactory run. I felt i cannot push, and did not try to catch up with the ones in front of me. argh, i feel so unsatisfied and sad!!!!
Reasons for non- improvement :
1) I missed the last training. Thus, i have many negative thoughts that i will not be able to do well for this time trial, since i did not do the scheduled training. well, i tired getting rid of these negative thoughts, but through the run, i again thought i'll not be able to catch up, and wanted to give up! GET RID OF ALL THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, AND THINK POSITIVE ! :D
2 ) I could not sleep last night, and thus slept very little. i remember during the thailand camp, on the first training day, i slept very little the night before, and it affected my performance during training. So, sleep affects training. From now on, i must have adequate amount of sleeping hours.
3 ) I did not try to push. Although i was behind, i did not try and catch up. I must persevere, push , and keep up with the others.
4 ) I slow down on slopes. it feels as if i'm walking up the slope. i must do more slope trainings, and improve my speed up the slope. must must ! (:
Overall : It was a bad training. but, i will do better for the next time trial. I MUST, I WILL , I CAN!!!! you can do it manzzxxxxxx !
i do not run, i fly. i 'm a superwoman! HAHAHA
