Macritchie Training

Schedule : 2 times of 3.3 km road

Reflections : The run was okay. we ran the first round in a group and it helped me to familarize the route. the second run, we quickened our pace at the slope up the road. i managed to really sprint hard at the last part.
Schedule was rather fine, it wasn't very tiring. pace was rather slow , 60% - 70%.
Number of up-slopes : ( 4 ) i counted all the major up-slopes only, did not count the less-challenging ones.
