School Training
Schedule : Run to bishan stadium. Run back by the same route. & 5 times of 50m.
Reflections: It was not a good run for me. at the beginning, it was all okay, but after we turned back, somehow i cannot run well and catch up!! my legs felt so tired, i don't know why! and i wasn't feeeling tired, but my legs were! at the road back to school, i manage to sprint and catch up! but , i feel i did not push hard. bad run for me. ):
5 times of 50m was fine. i swing my hands and sprinted.
