Sorry for the late updates, i'm really sorry! school's been so hectic, i can't seem to find a time to go online ! Anyway, our first season competition tmr! yay, all the way cedar x-cty!!! we can do it, yes we can! (: okay, so here goes :

17th Jan Wed
Macritchie Training
Schedule : 4.2 km run , 4* slope

Reflections: Today's run was 80% ! Starting was pretty slow, but at the forest, the pace started to pick up. I felt i ran the long slope pretty okay, yay! ran the highway in a group, when turning in, everyone started running fast! haha, thought this run was fun! timing isn't that bad too.
Slope training was fine, challenging , esp. the slope to the main road.

15th Jan Mon
School Training
Schedule : Hurdle exercises, 25mins staircase run.

Reflections: The hurdle exercises were fun to do! but, dangerous! haha, may & chloe take care! we kept adjusting the height of the hurdle because everyone seems to be having difficulty crossing it! haha
staircase run was okay. i felt i did not run as well as the previous staircase run. i did not go up the stairs fast, and slowed down after climbing the stairs! work harder next time! run up the stairs fast & swift, and do not slow down.

12th Jan Fri
School Training
Schedule : hurdle exercises, 20 mins staircase workout.

Reflections: Staircase run was good. but i felt that we ran faster during the jogging workout. i realise we've been doing a lot of staircase workout, so the slope at turf city would be chicken feet! yay! 3 cheeeeeers!

10th Jan Wed
Schedule : 4.3km Time Trial ( 20.15)
Reflections: Timings did improve, but i feel i did not do a good run. at the start, my legs felt numb & jelly. my run in the forest isn't good! i shall have to work on that. i started to pick up only towards the end when i constantly reminded myself it was a time trial and i've to run well! so, the ending was rather fast, and i caught up. i must improve on my run , must must must! (:

8th Jan Mon
Garden Training
Schedule : 40mins run at garden.

Reflections: Today's run was pretty good cause i pushed 100 % ! i was so exhausted after the run! i managed to catch up with dhar! and thanks dharshini for motivating me at the last part, i really needed that! mr tay says that you must set a pace for yourself, so if you can go faster, you must break out from your comfort zone! All the way, everybody!

6th Jan Fri
Garden Training
Schedule : 5 sets of 800m.

Reflections: The route was new & challenging. there're many up-slopes! so, we can train our up- slopes ! and the garden produced a champion team, so since we're training here, i'm sure we'll be champions, right! YES! run was pretty okay, the up-slopes were challenging.

Schedule : 4.2 km Run

Reflections: Did not do a good run. bad run at the forest. did improve on my up- slope, but still have to run faster up the slope. Road seemed rather long, and only managed to catch up during the last part. felt that i did not push hard at the forest! i must improve on my timing!!
