5th Feb Monday
School Training
Schedule : 3km run,
Standing broad jumps 10 x 3,
Jump over the benches x 5,
Jump with one leg zig zag 20m x 3

Reflections : Today's training was fun cause we did many exercises. And i thought the jumping zig-zag is pretty exhausting, but we did it in a group, so it was funnnnn! (:
