Reflections: Today's training was fine. Schedule is pretty okay. However, i felt that the warm-up drained me up. we ran at a rather fast pace for the warm-up today. And when i was doing drills, i felt quite tired already.
4 times of 600m : I felt i ran rather okay today. Timings were constant, but not up to expectations. i wanted to run between 2.15 mins- 2.30 mins, but my timings did not reach the target. i was dissapointed at my last set. i went to the toilet and when i came out, the rest were gone. i was trying to catch up with them and thus did not really focus for my run. i felt i could do much better for my last set. nevertheless, i remembered doing 60om schedules before, and it was all within 2.00-2.15 secs, so i deproved quite a lot. i must run faster, harder, better the next time. i must push, push, push.
The run to the bridge : I was tired after doing the 600m, so at the first part, i couldn't run well. but slowly, i got my momentum and started to get the pace. i focused hard and concentrated on my run, so i ran better and faster. Also, thanks to my fellow grace and xy, who motivated me by clapping and cheering. you make my run more pleasant than ever!
Overall: Training was quite tiring, but i enjoyed it. because the team-mates are ever so lovely! i want to achieve better timings for 600m. i will do it!!! yes yes yes !!!!!
It is the super rainy season now. it's been raining cats and dogs, ducks and chickens. i'm even wearing jacket at home cause it's freeeezing!! i know the rain will affect training somehow, but we must get through it ! Take care everyone, drink GINGER TEA! haha TCM!!
byebye! have a freezing day! (;
