Bishan Training

Time : 830- 1100
Schedule : Staircase run ( 3 sets )
Staircase Exercises

Reflections: It was pouring today, so we could not run on track. We did staircase run. It was tiring both going up the stairs and coming down. i can't really control my steps when i go down because i tend to go down fast. The next time when we do this schedule again, i must try to increase my speed when going up the stairs, it'll be more effective.

The staircase exercises were fine. But, i can't really finish all the steps at once, i must try to finish all without stopping. It was pretty hard jumping with the weak leg ( left ) too. howeverm doing these exercises were pretty fun!

And we must remember to do our drills properly. because we can choose to do it well if we want.
