12th Feb Monday
School Training
Schedule : Run to Garden, run 1 round around Garden,
7 times of slope 100 % effort.

Reflections : i found today's training really mind- draining & exhausting! The slopes were a killer to me, but i'm glad to say i really pushed to my maximum. After the run , i was so giddy & lifeless, so it shows i've pushed. yay! This slope is the most tiring, as compared to SPCA slope or macritchie slope. There 're many bumps on the slope, which makes the slope more tiring. First few sets was fine, however at the last few sets, my legs were really exhausted already.
I feel that this slope run is beneficial, and this would help us to overcome the slope in turf city. And, this training is good. (:
