14th Feb Wed
Bishan Training
Schedule : 15 min warm -up run at canal.
6 times of 700m-800m. 3 mins rest in between.

Reflections : It is a hot day today, really hot. Initially, we were supposed to do 6 times of 600m, however the track was used for works. So, we started from 200m mark, run till 350m mark, did a u-turn and run back. This training wasn't good for me, cause there were many interruptions while running. The u- turn kind of disrupt the momentum, and we weren't running on proper lanes. However, after mr tay reminded us that it was the last training before CNY, i bucked up and ran faster.
